This is a simple yes or no question.

Is there a feature on it that I can compare on two things and it'll give me what has changed?

You mean like compare 2 difference files? On Olly... I don't think I've seen a plug-in for that.

On IDA there's a plug-in called Patch Diff 2 which allows you to compare 2 files.

And on Hex Workshop v5 you can compare the hex of 2 files.

binary copy binary paste. Find changed shit. its somewhere in the right click menu.
