I have vista home premium pre-installed.
my q's r:
1 does it support vista home premium
2 i bought my pc cwith 32(86) bit os, can i dl the 64bit (x64)
3 will i get the options to install or reformat on a specific hdd
4 will i be using the cd key on the side of my case

The recovery disc is nothing more than just the repair console which is included on all stand alone Vista disc. People who need to download that are those who bought a computer with a pre-installed version of Vista as they do not provide the recovery options with their CDs.

IF you bought a Vista disc from newegg, zipzoomfly or retail version at your local retail store than this download won't be necessary.


This is not a disc for you to install Vista! The size of this download is 120MB, while the real Vista disc is around 2.5GB!
