how do i find drivers for my sound card.

you could tell us what kind of sound card you have, or search the model of your computer (if it's a prebuilt computer). i think dxdiag might tell you what sound card you have, not 100% sure.

if it the on-borad audio card then use "everest free edition" to find out what's your motherboard. go the the official site of your motherboard, search for your motherboard's model, if you found it, it should have the "drivers" section. Go there and download the driver.

***if the driver works, BE SURE TO MAKE A BACKUP COPY***
