Emm... I'm not quite sure on how to upload a image to be your Avatar. That's why I don't have one. What you have just quoted is a definition of a Avatar.

If you want it stickied, then tell a mod.. I support you if you like  Just need a few more requests to sticky it, before mod's gonna care about it I think..
