Right my CPU has an heatsink with an 80 MM fan on top of it, SO i would like to remove and not use the 80 MM fan to cool the heatsink down, i have an P180 case and it has 2 fans.
My question is that if i do remove the 80 MM fan from the heatsink would the 2 other 120 MM fans cool the heatsink down?
also does any know how to make my own power wire that will connect to the motherboard or powersupply to an gigabyte water cooling pump?
its an 6 pin connector

One, DO NOT take that fan off, the airflow will NOT be enough.
2nd, do oyu know exactly which connector that is? It's betetr jsut to connect to the psu for water cooling.

No it won't. The 80 mm fan is there for a purpose and it's usually to take the hot air out of the heat sink. The fans around won't be sufficient in cooling that thing down and if you keep your computer on long enough, it will probably melt the CPU.

The computer will shut down well before the CPU melts.

This wasn't always the case with older CPUs

It all depends on your heatsink bro. If it was designed to work alongside with the fan then i wouldnt take it off. If your set on doing it anyway, enter the bios first and view the temp if theres an option. Your 2x120 fans may do the job but its a risk you need to decide on.
Another option would be to buy a passive heatsink.
My gpu and cpu heatsink are passive designed. But i still use fans on my cpu and my gpu keeps good temps without fans.
