Well I found some addresses in a program and freezed them all to 0 and then i saved the addresses in the .CT but when I colose and then reopen the program then reopen the .CT file the addresses dont lead to the value they did before.
Fore example:
I find health value for a downloaded pc game and I then save it to a .CT but when i reopen the game that addresse no longer works and controls a diffrent value.
Is there anyway to get the addresses to change to the right ones or do I have to re find them each time.
I have tried recalculating the addresses but it does not work. Perhaps I am not changing it by the right offset and if so how do I find out how much the offset is.
Oh and by the what are pointers and how do I use them.

you first find one address.
then select that address in the found list, and then recalculate on the one in the table
it will have the offset filled in automatically, and atr least the one you've selected will get an address that matches what you've found.
pointers are addresses that point to a block of addresses that may contain your info, or another pointer
