Ok so me and my friends went to this party(btw im 17) and we decided that we would go egg his ex's house... so we go and egg it. After we egg the house my friend takes my phone and texts his ex saying "hows you house?".
Now they have my number and the are going to the police station tomorow...

I would like to know what can happen to me like charges and shit...

i would really love your help!

Stupid ass. You guys should have thought of the consequences before you egged her house. By the way, it was idiotic to come to a forum where most of these kids are under the age of 15 and ask for help about these situations.

the worst thing that'll happen is a fine or a few days, so chill out and get some sleep. If they hate your ass, they might sue you for property damage.

Just say you met your friends after the whole egging of the house.

Then say your friend used your phone.

You have no idea what they did or whether they did anything illegal.
