so, i found this on the intel web site and thought it might be nice to share with you all.

the first PDF covers commands starting with A-M, the second one covers commands starting with N-Z. the files contains explanations of the command, registers \ flags that it can modify, the opcode of the command, and if its supported by 64 bit processors. the manuals are made for Core 2 Duo processors, so older processors may not support all the commands listed there. newer processors may have more commands not listed there. enjoy.
