well uh i don't know if this is allowed but my dad was talking with his friends they told my dad about pirate bay and that you can get free movies that haven't been out yet and stuff and he like WTF??? why is is so slow (we tried to download before we went to bed and when we woke up it was like 20% and i am like wtf?) anyone know how to make it faster? im using bit torrent and uh this is so confusing

I suggest you use this software for games only. Movies will get you in trouble. I've experienced this before, you get a letter from your ISP saying something about you downloading illegal content. So I wouldn't download movies. but, I think there are some sites to download movies that are legal, because my dad does that stuff. BitTorrent happens to be illegal I believe.

You can.

But there's always a risk, I've gotten emails from Comcast, my internet provider. And they can Close your internet. Just be careful what you download as a Torrent.

The government has other problems to deal with other than a "piracy download" or whatever. Just don't do anything illegal. And you'll be fine.

they can. AKA thepiratebay raid. despite the fact that in sweden pointing to pirated copies is not illegal yet.

Piratebay is good but there's alot of private trackers such as swebits.org the speed on private trackers are always at least 1mb/sec because the members are forced to seed.

Downloading anything from the site that you'd normally have to buy is illegal.
If you do it, there is always a chance of getting in trouble.
Games / movies / music or anything that costs money and you're downloading to avoid paying for is illegal.

To speed them up, get more seeds or better interwebz.
