Ventrilo is a voice communcation program I was wondering if it was possible to hack with with Cheat Engine and How I would be able to do it...
I would love to be able to get access to admin priveledges that would be awesome!... I guess this sounds a little crazy but I was just curious... I would probley need a packet editor though I suspect... it seems like most of the stuff is server based... b/c you use an rcon password and everything

Impossible unless you get physical or remote access to the computer the server is being hosted from, because all of the admin's settings and passwords are stored in an .ini file there.

The solution? Keylog an admin. Don't ask anyone here how to do it because it'll probably get you banned, it's illegal.
