I was told this over the phone, But I have not tested it.
key the following code on your guitar at the title screen
it is suppose to unlock everything
Blue
Yellow
Orange
Red

I play on Expert on both and have beaten both but...I really couldn't tell you how I do it, I just do.
It's something you grow onto, you'll just know.
But yes, you do need big hands. |

I know how you feel. I could do the speed that Hard is on, if it didn't utilize the fifth button. I always lose track of were my hand is on the guitar and have to look, and then I get lost on where I am in the music. If there was a medium with the rhythm that hard had, I'd be able to do it, I just can't mentally keep track of where my hand is.
@noz3001: Medium uses four buttons... Hard/Expert uses five.
@Butters: You don't need big hands if your playing Rock Band's guitar since it has the smaller buttons at the base of the neck. |

Play it non stop on medium and when you get bored on medium, do hard. That's what I did and I can beat TTFAF on Hard.

Its called muscle memory, you gain this skill by playing the game alot, and learning where your fingers should be. |
