I used to just literally skip trainers that had .Rar files and just downloaded the .zip files because that was the only way i knew how to. But for the noobs out there who can't download trainers with.Rar here is a guide.
Noobs: Download .RAR files:
If you have a new computer, when u download a .zip file a file folder should represent it. This means that u can download .zip files but non. RaR files. This is what u need to do. Go to google and type in "download windows RAR". Best u should go to the main microsoft or Windows websites so that u know that u r getting the real deal. download windows.rar and all your .zip files should change to a book-like icon. Now, setup the windows rar porgram so that it will run automatically when u download and opena file.
Noobs: If there is no link to download a .zip or .rar. file, right click and manually download by clicking 'save target as'.
Noobs: If you have downloaded a file, but it is locked, right click the file and press 'extract all', follow the steps and u should open the file.
