I always start using mine from the bottom up.
When i was staying at a friend for a week i left it in the bathroom on the sink and his brother used it. Needless to say that he pushed the paste out putting pressure on the middle of the tube and leaving the paste all smeared around the top.
My fucking jimmies when.

My sister takes the tube out of the restroom and often leaves it on the floor while open, so it gets hair and stuff all over it and there's always toothpaste stuck to the outside of it so there's all sorts of nasty just all over it.
