I'm talking about the Christian God.

I live with a family full of christians, been raised in the church my whole life... decided a few months ago it's a load of BS. There's no proof. Thing is, I want it to be true, but it isn't. I don't know where we came from, what / who made us, but I noticed another thread about the big bang theory, so it reminded me of a thread like this which I have made before.

Do YOU believe in "God?"

There comes a time.. when i just don't know anymore....
They said that we have to believe, and have faith in you.
But I honestly cant do that anymore.
How can I?
Do you even exist?
Is there even a heaven? .. You know what I mean?
Its too much fucked up things in this life to even believe that theres a god watching over us... too much fucked up things.
I don't even know how i can believe anymore...

They say we have to help ourself before god can help our souls and that means we alone in this world that we control..

Not you, you never had us, you never did so all the things i was taught when I was young were bull shit.. I was raised by my mom, I was raised by the streets, how can you put little kids on this world who can't eat, dear God....

EDIT: Some say that "god" was created by the government so that to keep things in order.. "The US Government only lets you know what they think you need to know..."

Ok, this is something I've noticed about "god". Ok, if there was a god, why would he put us on this place? If it was you or us, it would just be making some random thing out of nowhere. If he wanted people to come to heaven, how would he think of something to put there? Random specs that "mean something" to him? There is no point in us being here. I don't have a religion, I'm not an atheist, agnostic, christian, or anything. I don't believe in anything. I might be atheist, I don't know. Also, if god doesn't have a body like us "bible says he has a spirit, etc.", how would he have emotions? He doesn't get "happy" or "sad" if we do something good / bad. How would he if he isn't like us? I think whoever made the idea there is a god, must have had a disease or schizophrenia. People are saying the world is too beautiful to not have been made by an intelligent designer. Ok, do you think he would make it beautiful? There is no way there was such a thing as "beautiful" before we were made. This might be a little confusing for you, I'll try to clear it up for you if you need me to.

God was made up for people to look 'toward' something Just needed something greater than themselves to cling on to and let their problems or w/e out on
