Cheat Engine

Sometimes, my mouse will just freeze up, and I'll hear the little noise Windows makes when a new USB or something is plugged in. Then I'll wait for a good 3 ~ 7 seconds before hearing the sound of a USB being unplugged, and my mouse cna move again. It happens at the worst possible moments too, like right as I'm going to get the headshot in Combat Arms, or as I'm just about to nuke Zeus in DotA one last time.

Another issue I'm having is that my computer will just freeze at random points in time. Everything will be frozen; the mouse, the screen, and everything. If music is playing, it'll loop that one second it's at for a good 2 minutes before going quiet. The computer doesn't respond to anything, and I'll have to manually shut it off and restart it. Sometimes it'll happen after a few days, and sometimes it'll happen right as I'm rebooting the computer from a previous freeze.

Does anyone know what's going on?

Check your ports for dust, Get one of those Air in a can(Lulz) And spray it. I had the same problem from before.
