It's a trojan that lets other people watch trough your webcam while it isn't "officially" on. Dutch press gave some attention to this phenomenon last week.

A web cam pointing at me on or off. would put me off.

I usually dont use webcams, what i use is a mini camera, it is less blury and less shaky and its a better picture of my self when i am speaking (on the computer.)
