Xp home SP2( I know i need to upgrade to a 64 bit OS)

Nice computer. What is the clock speeds of your CPU, RAM, and GPU?
4GB isn't really being completely used right now (unless you are viewing huge pictures or image and video editing). Well, I guess you are "future-proofing".
The only thing about the operating system is that you should upgrade to service pack 3, and get an x64 operating system if you want your computer to recognize all of the RAM.
I don't really like Micro ATX boards (small, not enough expansion slots), but that's one of the best of it's class.

Pretty damn good. You have a better processor than me, but I still have the beefiest video setup I've seen on CEF yet

only got processor cause it was free my dad works at intel
hehehe i still have the cheapest videocard lol guy at the store(wont give name of store) didnt ring it up lol $270 for free guess it pays to buy 3 shopping carts worth of stuff at once?

2x 3870's, overclocked on Aerocool s1's.

And secretly, I just got a dual processor motherboard in the mail today...dual gigabit ethernet, quad channel RAM with 8 slots, SAS, 3 PCI-e slots. Looking for a pair of quad cores for it now

Where can I get a mobo like that? I'll get a job for one of those, then get 2 quad cores, and have like wait EIGHT Ram slots? 16 gigs of ram. 3 9800 GT

You have to look in the server board section on most sites, since that's what they're considered. They can be a bit tricky since you need a big case, and special RAM for them, and they're very expensive at $250-400. If you ever wanna look into one of those PM me and I'll give you the details.
