I have 2 drives but my main one (Local Disk C) doesn't have as much space as the other one so, I need to switch my main drives but I don't know how.

I'd just use C: for your OS and small crap, and install the other one as a slave drive where you actually put your info, could also be helpful if one of them gets infected, may not get the other.
