Hamachi Beginners Guide

Download And Setup Shocked

Hamachi is an internet connection client that allows you to connect to other computers to play games. You may also use it to keep in touch with your friends using Hamachi's chat system, although it is not intended only for the purpose of chatting.

Let's Begin.

Hamachi Download -

You can find the client there. The download should only take a short period of time and can be completed in a mere 2 minutes.

Now go to Hamachi via -
Start - All Programs - Hamachi - Hamachi
When it Has Loaded a Box of this form should appear.

Click the highlighted power button in the bottom left to turn Hamachi on.

Now go to the button in the bottom right.
From here you can set your preferences for instance your online name appearance, your account license and your connection type.

Right now i would create your own, you can do this by going to the Networking Menu in the bottom right corner of the hamachi window (Next to the one we just checked out).

You can either Create a New Network or Join an Existing Network.
To join an Existing Network you need to know the Networks Name and the Networks Pass-Code (if it has one). Unless you've previously used Hamachi i don't think you'll know of any Networks to go to Create a New Network.

Type In a Name for your Network, This will appear to all network users so choose carefully!
You may also choose to have a Network Password if you want to keep your Network private or exclusively to trusted people.

This thing is too risky, i dont like it cause, one thing is people can send you unknown files that gives you viruses, without you knowing,/ like trojan, etc, plus that kinda happened to me ,what happened to my comp was, it got viruses and than i had to take it to some guy to reformat it and take out all the darn viruses plus the hidden programs i didnt even know about, and it cost me total of 100$ -.-

+you need to use correct capitalization for both the network name & pw
if you dont use premium, you have to have a password.

also, you can change the year to 2099, and turn on premium. after, change the clock back, then you have it until 2099.

Yes, hamachi can transfer files, but you have to set up shared folders.
