If i blew about 100 balloons ( they fly and wind ) and attach a long string about 10 threads , how far would this go?

They would bounce around on the ground, because they are heavier than air.
What you need is balloons filled with helium.

If you actually realised that you needed helium then it would probably snap off, or get tangled in some electrical whires

Go to some unknown place like a pastre in Germany, Poland Irland wtc. and realease them. It would work , hard but it would work.

Also dont forget it has to be helium because helium is lighter than oxygen.

It depends on the amount of air you put inside each balloons and also the type of air you use, if you exhale air to inflate them definitely it will bounce instead of it to fly, helium is the ones use for the balloons that float.
