Lol.
'swf' is the name of your control. If you have not already loaded the Shockwave Flash Component into your controls and onto your form then you're not going to get anywhere.
Right click on the Toolbox (left of the form/code view once expanded), choose "Select Items". Once the new dialog has appeared, click the "COM Components" tab, then scroll down until you find the "ShockWave Flash control" select it, then add it to your form - code as per required.
