I actually never smoked cigarettes. In my frosh and soph year of college I smoked cloves and hookah... but by 2nd semester soph year, I stopped altogether. Kinda did not want to damage me lungs. "/

but I quit May 5th 2008 and still haven't smoked one.

| Have been doing it when I was around 13 or 14, don't even freaking know why I did it anyway. It started off small, and decided to quit when the urge to do it got bigger. When I look back at that time, I see how pathetic it is to smoke 'sometimes'.

I say that to myself sometimes when I do smoke but smoking is not so bad for me
its nice to have some breaks after I finish my works
but its dangerous if you feel numb.because will make you feel more numb

Uhu, to me it is everyone's own choice to smoke or not, if you feel smoking isn't so bad for you and if you feel it's nice to do, I wouldn't see a reason to quit it  .
After all, it is your own choice, with which I (and everyone else should be) am fine.
