| Please post the system requirements for the game as I do not know precisely what you want out of it. Please be more specific!

Maybe this thread would help you decide based on the system requirements:
http://forum.cheatengine.org/viewtopic.php?t=236184
Please also tell me your budget, as I don't know how much you want to spend on this desktop.
Here's what I came up with any way ...
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400
Motherboard: GigaByte GA-EP35-DS3R
RAM: 2GB RAM DDR2 (800MHz)
HDD: Western Digital 640GB 16MB SATAII or 500GB
GPU: nVidia 8800GT 512MB (Any brand that suits you)
Case: Thermaltake Armor+ or whatever you want!
PSU: Corsair HX-620
Optical Drive: ASUS 20x BLT-2014 Lightscribe SATA
CPU HSF: Noctua NH-U12P Performance CPU Cooler
Hope it helps and good luck on building your "PC".
By the way, if you're not overclocking, a PC without a market HSF is good enough as you'll only need it when it comes to overclocking.
If you are overclocking, then, don't worry ...
