ok my sister was fuckin around on myspace and shes 14 so she obviously should have known what she was doin but ya she was on myspace and playing with things and then when she left it i went ot play it a few hours later and now the laptop dosnt read any type of USB plug in- except the laptops USB coolin fan. so now we cant plug anything in, including the mouse and we dont know how to fix it. i went here as first resort instead of calling the help line. anyone know how to get the USB drivers workign again?

yes i tried downloading the USB drivers to the lap top and a driver fixer niether worked.

Are you positive you downloaded the correct drivers?

Did you remove the previous drivers before installing the new ones?

You can figure out what motherboard you have by downloading Everest; it's in the stickies.
