Let me think about this. You installed drivers. Now your computer is fucked. WHY WOULDN"T YOU WANT TO RESTORE?! God...hit F10. Restore it before you installed new drivers. And if you install the drivers again, you're a retard. The only reason I'm so pissed is because this is the most obvious thing. It's like your computer is TELLING you to restore it...

Just click System Restore > F10. At first, I thought you delted your hal.dll.

he said he can press anything but f10 to system restore.

if you have your OS disk boot up with it and go repair or system restore via that.

Plug in a PS/2 keyboard and check if you still can't press F10. The USB ports might be the problems. (if they are - reinstall motherboard drivers)

Go in safe mode you can do EVERYTHING there. Use system restore there
