is it the Internet? Like text to large and images off center?
FI so hold down control and move your mouse wheel up and down
Also your video card is old and doesn't support very high resolutions, get better drivers or a new video card, set your dpi to normal

Hold down the CTRL button, scroll your mouse wheel down.


OR, go to desktop- properties - resolution you probably have it to something low like 800x600
