Game disconnects when I try to find what writes to it?

I play Rumble Fighter, and I've figured out how to easily find the addresses of my stats whenever I log on. However, whenver I try to find what writes to it, the game exits out. Is this an anti-hacking thing, or am I doing something wrong? Thanks.

It can be detecting a debugger attaching yes.
