Cabal Sea supposedly had a fix because of Xtrap, I'll let you have a tut later for it.
Proof it isn't working:

I tried VMware Workstation 6 and it wont run Cabal Online due to their SVGA II 16mb emulated video card they run.
Even if you change the .vmx file for 3d acceleration by adding these 3 lines to the end of it:
mks.enable3d = TRUE
svga.vramSize = 67108864
vmmouse.present = FALSE
It will crap out and say OpenGL not supported or some crap and revert back.
I tried using 3danalyse inside a Vmware Xp Prof guest account but it still wouldnt run cabal online.
(it does however install/update just fine(no 3danalyse needed), just launches launcher, x-trap goes into the taskbar then it exits due to what i presume to be lack of 3d acceleration video card present)
If anyone else managed to get it working through Vmware workstation, let me know. (i dont have a MAC to try Vmware Fusion out, which supposedly has much better 3d acceleration support enabled by default)
As for multi-client, it is still possible, except this time around what you need to do is fully login to 1 client before opening the other one. (otherwise if you try to login on 2 at once, one of them closes. Think at some point of the login it closes a login window and doesnt care if there's 13 or 1 window open of the same type, it shuts all types of that same window/screen down)
Edit: Also when shutting down 1 of the 2 windows after having both logged in you get a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Error on the Cabalmain.exe. However this error doesnt change/affect anything after you click ok.
