i got a dll and to put it on it says press numpad 3

wat is numpad 3

i know i should not post here put i am in a hurry

The right-hand side of your keyboard has a seperate section with number keys with arrows on them. That area is the 'numpad'.
If you have a short laptop you might not have a numpad.

just additional info, NUM LOCK should be lit to us the numbers otherwise
it will function as arrow keys.
