If I were to convert a script from say... MS into another 2-D side scroller, as in item vac script and find the new addy, could it work instead of building a new one?

I don't know about the complexe ones like item vac. But simple ones as in god mode should work. Because its just a single function. like noping the dmg.

well i dont think you could just scan aobs, its an entirely different game, but you could probably find it the same way, find out what accesses the addresses and stuff

Probably not, the game code would be different which would probably lead to errors and crashes if you try using a script that was designed for another game.

You could rewrite a new one based on the one for MS though probably to work for the other game. But thats if you can even make a vac at all for the new game in question.

As Wiccan said, you'll need to re-write it almost completely but you could base it off the MS script.

Either way you will still need to do a little bit of debugging. Laughing
