Sometimes when i right click a file windows installer opens for RPG Antivirus but i already scanned no viruses help>????

Try running a full scan with SUPERAntiSpyware.

i googled and found that the RPS thing can only be removed with a special program, they said windows msi cleaner

MSI cleaner, depending on which one you saw is either a windows tool for handling installed packages, or its a 'crap-cleaner' app, which is by a different company of course. But nothing related to this topic.
