| Actually i doubt you can download the games legally from the internet, because if you have a nintendo DS you would have to buy them in the store too. A quik google came up with http://www.ndsemulator.com/ |

IMO the best choice is to get a DS Lite and CycloDS Evo.
EDIT: How the hell is this offtopic? The guy's asking for a good way to play downloaded DS games, I told what in my opinion is the best way. |

Definitely. I have an R4DS and it is so totally worth the 7-20 dollars.
Too bad it doesn't support the new arm7.bin files. |

You can also use Cheat code editor to get cheats. |
Yh and you can buy bigger memory cards so then you more than 100 games on your R4. I don't go to game stores to buy games anymore. I just goto there to see new ones to download.

No, emulators themselves are fine. ROMs can fall into this category. |

Yeah, definitely the best is the R4DS. If you got the DSi make sure you get the right R4 because for some reason it has to be different. Oh and get it not only for games but for moon shell too.

Actually R4DS is not the best, CycloDS is better, I have an R4DS and a CycloDS, I have to say that CycloDS wins in a landslide. |
