1. Run the server yourself
2. Compromise the real server

You can't.
It's controlled by the server. Meaning it's completely out of your control.

just the staff of the company or the inventor who released the game can, its like having a pserver cause u are the only one that can change things (unless it isnt a sided server).

The best you can do is look for possible client-sided variables.

Depending on the game you'll get mixed results.
