| A while back I dropped my phone in the water and when I turn it on you can't see the screen. You can make calls with it but you can't take pictures or see the screen. You can see the screen a VERY tiny bit but you have to look VERY hard (no light coming from screen). I don't really care about the camera just the screen. It is a razor v3. Anyone know how I might be able to see the screen clearly again? Maybe a light I have to replace?

I don't think you can do this by yourself, you will need a professional to replace whatever got busted in there. Bring it to the store and ask to fix it, they will usually do it for free. Water is the #1 cause of phone problems.
Try drying it as much as you can. Leave it out near the window for a day or two.
Also, I dropped my cell phone in the water too and it totally got owned. It wouldn't even turn on. Everything got fried up in there. Unfortunately, I didnt have insurance so I had to buy a new one.
Best of luck to ya.

I went swimming for a good 10 minutes before I checked my pocket and discovered my cell.
I took apart the whole thing and de-factorized it, dried it off, copied the assembly-line movements, re-assembled it, turned it on.
It worked, but the screen had spots on it, and the sound was wack.
I told them the battery leaked, and if they didn't replace it I'd sue them for nearly burning my leg with battery acid.
Works like magic.
