Xtrap is one.
But there are allot of them out there.
Because you can block out hackers in many ways.

It's not always a program either like punk buster,GG, xtrap

Depending on how the game was programmed it can also check its memory and discover changes and close when something is altered.

yah after they detect you they will ip ban u and delete ur account.*not suire*
but you can always change ur ip if you ever get banned=D
i change my ip address everyday=D
