I dont really want to download one, But i heard you can copy the windows you've got install on your computer to your virtual machine.
Thankyou

Did u put right setting?
Btw if u want u can use an iso(it would be faster for install)
Maybe u put wrong cd on setting, it happend when u use some cd-emulator like alchool, powerISO etc..
Click on advanced, and use Ide 1:0 (CDROM)
If u want to use ur windows on virtual machine it's a bit harder, anyway i've done it with this program Acronis True Image 11 Build 8053 Home, first u do a backup of ur harddrive(u can chose to dont backup all hd but just what u need), then u use the iso(Acronis True Image will do an iso of ur backup with an autoinstaller) on vmware.
