Someone(my sister) broke my new mouse (she thought it would be funny to drop it into the pool and see if it floats...) so I had to switch back to my old mouse. And there is this little double clicking problem.
When I click once, my mouse double clicks!
I tried everything to fix it.
I installed the drivers like 8 times.
I went to control panel -> mouse and change the double clicking speed
I went to the mouse troubleshoot
I threw it out the window and now I ran out of things to try.
Please help.

probably get another one, if its old.. thats the problem the click inside the mouse
just 10-15$ for a lazer mouse these days

Do both left and right mouse buttons double click? If not, you could switch them via Control Panel > Mouse. And instead of using left click (Once you've switched) to open up the right click menu, you could just right click the place, and press the key 3 right of your spacebar on your keyboard.

| Are you sure it's broken? If it wasn't plugged in, there was no power, it should have been fine if it you let it dry.
