(LapTop)I turn it on it says "Toshiba" then at the bottem theres a bar it goes half way then it freeze's, the f2 and f12 buttons dont do anything and the lights for caps lock and other buttons dont light up. I press f2 before it starts up and it says please wait and nothing, i tried pressing esc to go to the bio screen but then it freezes there to. I dropped it yesterday and tried to restart it today, i didnt think dropping it had anything to do with it because it was fine till i tried to restart it. Its a XP Satellite M115.

Try reinstalling it?

That pretty much sounds like hardware problems. I think you might want to consider a new laptop, unless what Eagle said works. Which I highly doubt it will.

Well i just tried to reformatt right now but it doesnt open (where i put in the CD) Crying or Very sad i just found this out, i guess ill have to get a new computer or take it to a repair shop. Thanks for tryin to help.
