I have never had this before, and the weird part is, my hard drive failed on my laptop after 3 months!
i went into BIOS to check my hard drive (scan it) and i got some 1720 error, attribute XX. Hard drive failure is ok with me, I really don't mind buying a new one, but the weird thing is, why after 3 months? ;( Will I have to do this every 3 months ? ;((!

Isn't that the manufacturers fault?
You might want to send it back if the warranty still covers your laptop.

It was a defective drive, I would hope you don't get a defective drive every time, so no, just whenever the drive has defects.

if you have warranty on it use it and you could complain unless u did something to the hard drive

ya i went ahead and sent it in, they sent me a new one, but i forgot i have no recovery disk so now i have to wait about another 3 days for that lol. i phail. oh well, thanks for letting me know your thoughts guys
