If your trying to browse from school/work or what ever the best would be take an older computer of yours and turn it into a proxy server, since most public proxies are blocked by filters but, if you make your own computer into a proxy they don't even know exists. Also if you find a free web host the supports PHP you could do the same I imagine there are some working php proxies that you could get.

If your at your house just edit the filtering software to make unstable and crash, such as open up important resources file in a hex editor and type some random gibberish here and there, and if possible to the same to the main program and should become unstable and just crash and not do its job.

I have the same problem.

My proxy won't let me play and multi-player games.

I can still go on them just not into where everyone is. I tried proxy servers and stuff but no such luck. I would have to disable it from the proxy but i am not allowed to do it, parents Rolling Eyes

Google it

Also if you just want to simply browse without dling stuff I suggest the Privax Network
