The keyboard designers knew this and they placed the "u" key next to the "i" key for this reason

Thankful has one 'l' and 'i' should have been a capital. If you're going to correct people, I recommend that you do it correctly, and especially don't correct where other people already got it correct (like thankful and thankfull).
