300 MHz Nvidia (NSDQ:NVDA) Geforce MX3 Graphics

64 MB of RAM

8-GB or 10-GB hard drive

DVD drive

4 USB ports

10/100 Mbit/sec. Ethernet port



Those are the specs of an Xbox.

How, with such a bad setup, is it possible to run games such as Halo 2, with no lag at all?

I think games might be just tuned well to run on each specific console. And it's probably at really low quality. Regular TVs (not the high-def kind) have extremely low resolutions (>640x480), so you can get more frames off of that horrible graphics processor.
