Okay... i setup an Apache WebServer on my Ubuntu box. I can connect to it, everyone can connect to it...

Now, how do i make a LAMP server?

Also, i don't like the 69.x.x.100 address. Is there a way i can get like www.WEBSITE.(Short thing).com?

You need to buy a domain name, that gets linked to your IP.

okay... i think i might just use that co.nr thing...

Oh yeah.... LAMP means Linux Apache MySQL PHP... I have LA i just need MP i guess...
