example if I typed google or I clicked google link...

It will redirect to yahoo...

ehhh, if u make ur own program with an Web object added into it you can do a check like

C# - textBox1 = URL TextBox
WebBrowser1 = Internet Object.
if ( textBox1.Text == "http://google.ca" )
{
WebBrowser1.Navigate("http://yahoo.ca");
}

I think I have ideal thing for you:
If you wanna redirect somebody on your computer you have access
then edit this file C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
If you are using windows OS.
