Do u guys know the disk that make the computer back as new?
when u buy the computer they put the disk inside the box.
well, i lose that disk and i need help to make my computer back as new becasue my computer got virus and other crap.

It is called a boot disk. Buy a new one if you've lost it.

OR

Download an antivirus program, install it, and then get rid of the virus.

More and more pc's you buy now days has a 1 time program to make the restore cd's.
You should look into that and see if this is the case.

Do not run the application unless you have cdr's or dvdr's
cdr = about 6 to 8
Dvdr = about 3 to 4.

Cannot be rw cd's or dvd's to make these copies.

where do i buy boot disk? and how much is it?

well Irecently had the 32virut virus and I had to reformat he computer. I reinstalled windows xp. Just call your computer system's thingy and they should send you a copy of the windows cd. Example my computer is a Dell so I can find their number on their website (just use google to find it) and either e-mail or call their tech support. Do you have the virut virus?

Also warning about reinstalling windows. I got in a lot of trouble by my dad cause after I did reinstall it, we lost all of his work and stuff. Also my internet is on sbncyahoodsl and I dont have the cd anmore so my dad had to call in and get another copy inorder for internet to work form me but still if its the 32virut virus, it probably infected all of the .exe and other programs o if you keep it, it will reinfect your computer
