When I try to watch videos on youtube it says that I either have a old version of flash or my javascript is off..

well i did the tools, internet options, security, and enabled active scripting and scripting of java appletts.

i try it again no video shows up

i knew i have already downloaded the flash player 9 (but dont no how to check if i have it)

so i went to install the flash player 9 again but no security warning or pop up showed up for me to install it.. -_-'

and i've tried watching videos on other sites such as veoh

Veoh: the video list doesnt even show up
Youtube: video does not show

but what i noticed was that when i went to some anime site i was able to watch youtube videos there but not veoh videos

and the youtube videos would stop and the the windows would freeze..

so i'm not sure whats up...

i also need to no how to check if i have the latest flash player
