Where can I learn how to do Graphics/Animations/GUIs in C?
Books and links would be nice. And, how much knowledge about C do you guys recommend that I know before going on and learning complex stuff, or atleast what I believe is complex (Graphics/Animations/GUIs in C).

Petzold Programming Windows 5th Edi has nice bitmap section. Search for it, i uploaded on cef. petzoldi.rar

Look into directx for actual graphics.

Just curious, whats win32? I heard that people use it someway to make GUIs and stuff.
