I've been using the N00bCheater's USE Making Tutorial,

And I don't understand this part:

Where is says "(delete the comment {})",
can someone explain me?

AND,
in the end of the tut, there's no another link for the next page...
Can someone post here the next things I have to do?

So delete the { and the }. (in delphi, commented text is blue, so you'll see when you uncomment it it turns back to black)

Don't use "tutorials" to make a UCE, they don't teach anything, they tell you "click here, here and download this and you have a UCE" and they're not updated.
