Should I go with dual OS? Like Ubuntu and Media Center... or Mac and Media Center. Or Unbuntu and Mac. Fuck Vista... What can ubuntu do for me? I don't want just Media center...

Don't dual boot. Just reinstall a different OS or use VMware.

Also, if you want a new OS, just reinstall WindowsXP, or buy it since you're building a new computer.

Well if your doing this on a new computer that you just built: Ubuntu (not my favorite Linux Distro... might as well use XP) and XP.
You cant have a Mac + Ubuntu on a new computer. What i mean is you can't LEGALLY go out and buy a Mac CD and install Mac AFAIK.

if you're not going to need both OS's then there's no need to dual boot.
