I have no clue if this may works, but i guess it could worst a try.

add this dll as component, which is the used in "normal" version as Tab.

The Extension 'rar' was deactivated by an board admin, therefore this Attachment is not displayed.

Oh, just search for the .ocx online and put it in your windows\system32 folder, and add that component to your project
